This product is a ticket to the in-person Columbus Open event from November 6th to 8th. Badges and products must be picked up on-site. No physical product will be shipped.
Was a little worried about the pickup process but it took under two minutes at the will call desk. Having the badge cover all three days from November 6th to 8th meant I didn't have to re-queue every morning.
Picking up the badge on-site was quick and painless, and having it cover all three days meant I could wander between courts without worrying about re-entry. November 6th through the 8th felt like the perfect amount of time to catch everyone I wanted to see.
Three days of matches for one badge price is a steal, and I love that it covers the whole weekend instead of just one day. Pickup on-site was quick, though I'd bring your ID just in case.
