The how-to-play guide actually walked me through my first match instead of leaving me guessing, which I appreciated as a total beginner. The Water-Element spindown is a nice touch too, way easier to track damage than digging for regular dice.
The Poseidon card hits way harder than I expected for a starter deck, and the control playstyle actually clicks once you get a few turns in. That water-element spindown is a nice touch too — beats digging for a regular d20. Deck came sleeved and ready to shuffle straight out of the box.
