Used this for a four-hour tournament last weekend and my cards never slid once, even with sleeves on. The stitched edges are a nice touch too since my old mat was already fraying after a few months.
The 1.5mm thickness feels just right—firm enough to keep my cards from sliding but still rolls up easily for travel. The artwork on this one is absolutely striking in person, and the stitched edges have held up perfectly after a dozen game nights.
The stitched edges are a lifesaver—no fraying after weeks of shuffling and sliding cards across it. At 1.5mm it’s thin enough to roll up for my bag but still feels cushy under my wrists during long games. My Solar Caster deck finally has a battlefield that looks as fierce as it plays.
